This is the second time I’ve been to FlyTulsa once a few years ago and once today & both times Becky was absolutely amazing, as was our pilot. I don’t remember his name. Everyone we encountered while there was absolutely wonderful and so kind. I had a flight booked for me, my boyfriend and my little brother and they were so sweet to us and our pilot definitely made the flight great. He was communicating with us the whole time and at one point he turned and I got scared ( for no reason other than being anxious) and he completely understood and took the next turn a bit easier ( even though he did nothing but turn the first time ) and was super understanding and definitely made me feel great about the whole experience. Read moreBooking was easy. Clearly states in their website and my confirmation email that I would be contacted in the event they were unable to fly. Never received a call, email or text. Showed up to their location 15 min prior to take off as requested in the confirmation email - no one in sight. No sign that they weren’t flying nothing. Called on next business day in the afternoon, no apology for no contact letting me know they wouldn’t be able to take off. Gave them another chance - rescheduled for that next weekend. Called late afternoon of my reservation and once again informed they won’t be flying that night either. Decided I was done and asked for a refund - advised they don’t do refunds. Don’t book unless you know without a doubt the weather will be excellent, otherwise you’ll end up with a credit on account for which I will probably never get the opportunity to utilize. They didn’t give me a notice or anything in advance saying we might not be available.
The following day I called multiple times to make sure we are good for the booking she moved us to on Sunday. No answer either time!
Sunday Morning (the day of) I called no answer. They text me a couple minutes after saying they’re going to have to cancel.. with no explanation!
I DO NOT recommend. I paid a non refundable deposit, just for them not to explain their reasoning in canceling on me twice! If you are trying to schedule a nice evening for your partner, book...
