Different trails for different hiking skills. Wife and 4 kids ages from 10 to 1yr made it fine. few rocks but actually loved that like a real trail. 1 yr old was in baby backpack on me. Just watch ur step. Strollers wouldn't be very practical for this trail. ( In my opinion) we absolutely loved it. plan on going back with family and exploring the other...
