Denver Mattress — Attraction in Tyler

I am extremely happy with my experience with Denver Mattress. Specifically, Hazel, my salesperson, was truly exceptional. We spoke over the phone, and I told her I was looking for support for my hybrid mattress. I did not realize hybrid mattresses shouldn’t be used with traditional box springs, and I’d been using my mattress with box springs for an entire year! It was very uncomfortable to lie in or sleep. The mattress sagged in the middle, had very little edge support, and was noisy when rolling over. She explained I needed a solid “foundation” , rather than traditional box springs. Being a senior on a strict income, and unable to drive because of health reasons, I told her my budget, and I required delivery as well. She set me up with a good solid high profile Tempur-pedic foundation and delivery to my door, happily within my budget. She was kind, patient, and empathetic to my medical challenge and needs. She assured me it was exactly what I needed to be comfortable in my bed. She gained my trust in those couple of phone calls, so I purchased over the phone, unseen.

Everything went smoothly with payment and delivery, and my matress is now absolutely wonderful! It’s difficult to believe what a HUGE difference the right foundation makes. It’s like having a brand new mattress!! I’m sleeping much more comfortably, and appreciate her diligence in getting me exactly what I was hoping to find. In 2025 it’s now the smallest of things, like finding a simple, old fashion bed frame. However, bc of Hazel & Robyn (bedding & furniture respectively) helped me over phone find exactly what I need and made sure to have me set for delivery before (5 mins) I even paid for it as this is a unexpected problem from moving. Tyler is not known for CS and as a former CS Manager; I remember difference between being “tolerated” to get my business/$$$ vs exceptional service to make sure I am satisfied and not just grab my plastic to run a sale. These are commission motivated positions so not just Denver, but all my future purchases will be with and bc of these 2 excellent sales people. So try Denver, prices are competitive on Furniture Row but service? So rare here that just being polite is considered good service. No.That’s good manners.These -2- people treated me w/exceptional service. No photo bc it’s just a no frill frame. I will post again when we get to buy all new bedroom furniture & bed. I can honestly say that the experience we had this evening with Heather and Tristan was BY FAR the best customer service we’ve received anywhere!! My husband is in a wheelchair and they even physically helped me lift him into mattresses to find the perfect one for us. They spent 2 hours with us and never made us feel as though we were “just another sale”. They were extremely honest, warm, welcoming the entire time. These 2 are GEMS for this company...if every business operated with integrity and heart this way, they’d all be successful. Hospitality and kindness go far and tonight we felt nothing sort of that. I NEVER leave reviews because I honestly don’t waste time as “just another sale”, but when a person goes above and beyond the way that these 2 did for us tonight, they deserve recognition and an amazing review to reflect the amazing experience. When the sale was final we’d even made the comment that we’d like to come back to just visit because we felt we gained 2 new friends.
