The Jump Station — Attraction in Union Charter Township

It was ok they were a little busy but did have a few complaints....my nephew was trampled on in the little kids bouncy he is only 1 and thankfully I was in there with him which was very nice!! But I had to pick the probably 3 year old off of him because he kept kneeing him in the head....which scared him so he didn't like playing in there and I the staff was up at the trampolines but I wish there would have been atleast one staff member watching the kids area I lot better!! And they had enough staff to do it but most of them were just talking. They also need a rope or latter or some sort of help getting people out of the foam pit my 6 year old niece has crying because they were calling our "time" was up and she couldn't get her self up...and we did see a few kids with foot injuries but the staff didn't even come to see if the little boy was ok or needed ice or anything like that...and like I said they had enough staff!!! Over all it was ok experience but did not feel like 10$ an hour and you can really only do the trampolines if your over 10...also there was no one on the trampolines at one point and my 1 year old nephew just wanted to bounce like 3 bounces cuz he's 1 yea know he gets bored easily and they would not let us put him up there for even a minute unless we paid 10$ for him...he was free admission but 10$ really little kids that young don't stay up there for more then probably 5 minutes....not an hour...I get it but at the same time think they could let that slide....also we called on Friday and asked if we could bring in our own birthday cake but would not be renting a party room because we only had like 4 people...and they said yes no problem think we just had to bring our own silverware....and when we got there they said no you can't unless you pay like $200 for a party room...so a little upset about that....but anyways not bad needs a little bit of...

Worst place ever my son and daughter was screamed at by beth i confronted her she ignored me went right into my son face screams at him it took me raising my voice. Manager acted more like the she was a children in that place because she was hurt because I didnt relized she was a Manager almost cryied about it. Because it was defense of because she didnt have any thing representing her self as Management. After that could even talk to her. She then called two other individuals in assuming ower female blonde was load and rolled her eyes eveytime I tryed to talk. Yes i talk to other ataff they sait quote we get complaints about beth all the time must be family runned because no customer sould be treeated that way horrible customer service when they think its ok to yell in a child face for helping hos sister up off a mate........ shame on all involved. You will not be getting any business...

So I took my son there for the first time. They were super friendly......at first. My son got overly heated and it made him get a headache which then made him come running out of the jump area and get sick on the carpet. He tried to make it to the bathroom but just couldnt. I rushed him into the bathroom as quick as I could. Got him all taken care of and went to inform the workers what had happened. The woman avoided all eye contact with me, was trying to ignore me and very rude when I had informed her what was going on she snapped at me and said yeah I know. I get it. Not the glamour of the job but still didnt need to be rude. I went to apologize to her after changing my sons shirt and she acted again as if she couldnt see me right in front of her face. I walked away. Didn't apologize. Felt horrible for what had happened, and my kid felt horrible as well. He was so...
