Came here after I checked out of my hotel as I had some hours before my flight. I was impressed with the hospitality, the pace of play, the value for the money, the rolling hills and elevation changes. I’m from Toronto, the grass was some of the trickiest rough to play out of, the course is long, challenging, and well maintained. The staff kept my luggage safe and secure as I came in an uber. Even as a local, I can’t see why you wouldn’t give this course a try. If you’re visiting I’d definitely make this course the last destination, not just for airport proximity. Only room for improvement would be to have a cart girl on course, and I wish there was a shower on the premises before I flew out but I know not all courses have that. Still a great experience and will return next time I’m in the A.

Played this place earlier this year when ownership was being transfer and it was in rough shape. you can tell that the new owners have been putting in a ton of money on the right things to make it better! new Bermuda greens were rolling fast and have grown in nicely, by next summer they should be pure. they are making moves to rescue some of the hardpack tee boxes and bad fairway areas. worth playing for the fun routing of this course and i cant wait to see how the conditions progress

Save your money until the course gets back in shape. Played on 9/8 and it was in as bad of shape that I have ever seen. Fairways were covered in mowed grass and the rough looked like they were preparing for the U.S. Open. Several greens were also in disrepair especially on the back nine. Disappointed that the course was in this kind of shape and they were still charging the $60 weekday rate.

On 4/23/23, Me and my fellow golfer (Mr. Barnes) booked at T Time @ WC around 4:15PM. Mr. Barnes showed up as I was on the range chatting with friends. When I entered the reception area, Mr. Barnes and the customer service rep (Denise) was discussing WC pricing. As Mr. Barnes inquired about pricing, Denise was getting more hostile, and angry. I also asked a question regarding WC pricing because on 4/22/23, we played at WC with a T Time around 4:15PM. I was charged $63.57 which I thought was too much according to the time. According to Denise I was charged correctly. On 4/23/23 around 8:00AM, I called WC to speak to the manager regarding the charge. I spoke to a gentleman @ WC regarding the charge. And he stated he would let the manager know. I left my number and as of today, I still haven't heard from the manager of WC.

As she spoke to us, the professionalism was gone. She was the following:: Raising her Voice, shouting Verry aggressive posture Threatening to call the police on us Cursed at us, telling us to get our A-- off the property

Need I remind you, this is how you treat customers because we questioned a round of golf??? I never raised my voice at Denise. I believe Mr. Barnes may have raised his voice a little, but that's because she was screaming at him in a condescending manner!! Mr. Barnes booked up a T Time and she said " I don't have to serve you, you can go, GET OUT " On the scale of 1 - 10 regarding professionalism, on 4/23/23, I would say -5. If you can't keep your composure on something that BASIC and SIMPLE, then WC will have problems keeping their customers!!!!

Now, lets discuss their new manager (Dionte). Last year Jan 2022, I purchased a range membership @ WC. The course went through renovations sometime around May. I may be off with the month. My point is this, the course was closed for 3 months!!! Meaning, we payed for membership and couldn't use the course!!! I'm still waiting from WC management to explain to all their members about those 3 months we couldn't access the course or the range???

4/29/23 I (EJ) reserved a tee time to play WC @ 4:15pm est, for two people (EJ, Mr. Barnes). Me and Mr. Barnes arrived there on time to check in. And once again, we experience HORRIBLE customer service from WC customers service rep. Her name is Denise!!! Their was another young lady working with Denise. She was on the phone with a customer. Mr. Barnes and I waited patiently as Denise sat there refusing to assist us while the other rep was on the phone. Another gentleman showed up check in. He was white and Denise IMMEDIATELY asked him "Can I help you sir" Mr. Barnes stated "excuse me, we are here waiting" Denise IMMEDIATELY stated "I'm NOT here to SERVICE you sir"

So we waited for the young lady to finish up with the customer she was assisting over the phone and she assisted us with no problem. The BLAME here is WolfCreek Management!!!To have someone like this around treating customers with no respect is HORRIBLE!!! And WC Management is the BLAME!!! As I walk out to grab a cart, the white gentleman stated "What was that about?" He stated, that was " Very Awkward" I smiled at him and said " Yes it was and it's ashame that WC Management encourage their employees to treat customers like this" The same customers that pay their salary!!! It's VERY OBVIOUS that WC Management will hire ANYBODY with NO customer service skills!!!! Mr. Barnes and I have played this course for MANY YEARS and it's ashame that WC Management would allow this to continue to happen 2 weeks in a row!!! And from my understanding, we are not the only customers to face issues...

ROBBED! (Update) First the good. The course was green, had nice elevation changes and they had cold drinks in the clubhouse. That's about it. The bad. After completing my round which was wrought with frustration at the lack of any yardage indicators beyond the tee box, and no functioning GPS units in the carts, I returned to the parking lot to discover that my truck window had been smashed and articles stolen from my vehicle. The staff called the police for me and I did my best to calmly wait for them. Upon arrival I learned from officer that this happens 5 TO 6 TIMES A WEEK THERE!!! Let me repeat that again. IT HAPPENS NEARLY ONCE A DAY!!!! I am at a loss to understand how a place which has half a dozen or more security cameras around the (small) parking lot and hired a "marshal" to patrol the lot has this happen. The "marshal" said that what happened to my truck must have happened while he was on lunch. *reckless speculation disclaimer waiver * I have to wonder if the staff isn't in on this. How can they hire someone to watch the parking lot, have multiple security cameras pointed at the grounds an this happen multiple times per week. Another questionable point is that I learned that management hasn't turned the video from several of these recent thefts over to the police. Now again I have no proof of this at all. This is just my logical mind putting 2 and 2 together and getting 4. FYI this occurred between 2:00 and 4:30 pm on a Saturday. If you know you have a problem with vehicles being broken into why not have adequate staff to watch the parking lot. At $74.00 for 18 holes I think they could afford to hire someone. So I won't be back. If you do go for the golf I hope you bring a rangefinder and take adequate precautions to hide all your valuables out of sight and certainly lock your car.

UPDATE: So after a week on the phone, a dozen phone calls and the "this isn't in my control you need to speak with XXX" runaround, it appears that the video evidence (which exists and I was told shows the break in and the theft along with the car they drove away in) wasn't and won't be sent to the police. I don't understand that. Why wouldn't they send it? Corporate says that is up to the local club. The local club says corporate has to do it. Regardless I know there was a 0% chance that I ever get any satisfaction on this, but I am disappointed in the people I had to...

We played on Monday July 3rd, 2023. It has been at least 8 years since I have been out here. We used to play it frequently and was always an enjoyable time. It seems I have read about a change in ownership and them losing some of the greens that needed to be replaced. Staff at check in was super friendly and when obtaining a golf cart they had state of the art GPS units on them with flyovers of the holes. All was looking good at this point. Once we got to the driving range is where conditions started to change. Driving range had us on grass tees while it would have probably been best to be on the mats. The grass tees appeared as if they had just laid sand all over the range for repairing divots. Essentially you were playing out of a bunker. This would be the case for several of the tee boxes across the course as well. After the range we pull over to #1 tee 5 minutes before our tee time and there were at least 9 carts on the tee box and a starter. Come to find out there is a group on the tee box and then 2 groups in front of us. Before even starting we are already 20-25 minutes behind. We could deal with that I suppose as it is a holiday weekend so we expected it to be crowded. We just didn't expect it to happen before we hit the first ball. No keep in mind that the temps were in the mid 90's and humid. With heat index it had to be above 100 at times. Not one water jug on the course for filling up a bottle. Only saw the beverage cart once over 18 holes and you do not make the turn at the club house. We saw the bev cart on hole 10 and she was going the same direction as play which did not make sense. Definitely people that need hydration and the water compartment on Bev cart was inaccessible. So we were only able to get Powerades and no water. We waited on every hole and there was a similar back up on 18 that we had on the first tee. So much so that 2 groups behind us bagged it and didn't even play 18 after they completed 17. So we had a starter on the first tee but never a marshall in sight to help with pace of play. So 5 hour round with no water, no pace of play enforcement, only seeing the Bev cart once and tee boxes/ cart paths in need of repair make it where I do not see myself going back unfortunately. I sure hope no one has anything happen heat related in...
