I have always had bad experiences at this park regardless of my past or regardless of now the bathrooms in the back never opened the bathrooms up front are OK the okay ones to go to I have found needles at this park I have seen people camping in the woods I have seen drug sales go down in this park I guess it's just from 7 to 8 years of living close by to this park and not to mention there's really not too much for the kids to do there the park is so little for the kids and there's such a big area around this whole entire park the sandbox is always dirty filled with trash I just think they could go bigger with kids playground area and add more stuff to it and fix some stuff but other than that if you want to go for a walk around the park or something it's beautiful beautiful Park I was thinking maybe they could incorporate a hiking trail or something that where the woods are because my kids love to play in the woods but we're just not going to go into some random woods just some...

A welcoming place to come and relax. Love the walking trail that goes around the whole park. The park is currently undergoing a face lift with new courts (tennis, I think) going in. Also drove by today and noticed they have the playground tore out and are putting in new equipment for the kiddos. They even recently made it a dog-friendly park for walking your furry friends on a leash or a brand new dog run area, with separate areas for both small and large breeds to run freely. They've even put in some equipment for them to run around. All in all, it wasn't a bad place before, but with the new updates, it just keeps becoming more of a place for...

Very nice park that is kept clean. There's soft green turf on the playground to protect kids. I take my granddaughter once or twice a week. There is also a public restroom with handicap access. They have plenty of benches around the playground to sit. A couple of the benches have covers, but sometimes, there is limited shade. Especially near the ball fields. There's a covered picnic area for birthday parties and get togethers. I noticed today that they're constructing a small pool. This will be ideal for all the kids and families who visit this park. I'm looking...

New playground in 2024! I really love the layout. In the past I wasn't able to see my kids on the other side of the playground if I was on the opposite side. The playground in the middle used to block my view. Now there are enough gaps in the middle of the playset that it's easy to see from one side to another. The only negative right now is that the turf on the ground causes a lot of static shock. It happened more times than I could count. My one year old was really bothered by this. I imagine it will get better with time, but just a heads up for anyone headed there.

Big fan of this park and have been coming here for years to play hoops or toss frisbee or walk around the track or kids sports practices or bird watching or fishing. Quiet and most of the time not many people there. Recently added pickleball courts that are sectioned off individually by chain link fencing. Recently upgraded the playground that was the same for decades and is now on the modern end of playground equipment. Great place to get your park on for sure. 10/10 I only wish it was open during dark hours but guess you can’t have it all.

This is a very nice park that has a lot of everything for everyone. There is a lake, dog park, walking path, picnic area, shelter and lots of sports fields. I was there to walk my dog and we went around the entire walking path which I believe is a little over a mile. We had the park to ourselves since the temperature was in the low teens. Despite the weather we had a great time. I would guess this park is in high demand in the warmer months.
