We just had our daughters wedding reception at The Maize. I honestly can't say enough about how amazing (or should I say A-Maizing!!) it was. The venue is gorgeous. The indoor area a beautiful and spacious, outdoor area is spectacular, we chose to have outdoor games set up and there's a huge play area for the kids. The wedding dressing room was complete with individual make up tables with lighted mirrors and the music playing in the venue was piped in there as well. They had two large tvs mounted so we were able to play a video of pictures on a loop. We got their delicious kettle corn to use as favors! They worked with us on a couple signatures cocktails for the bar. Most of all, I can't say enough about the Rausch family! They were wonderful, very accommodating, and helped us create a truly incredible event. When we were leaving my daughter (bride) said it was PERFECT!!! Oh, and my husband and I had gone up there for their eclipse event which was also so awesome! So if your looking for a fabulous event space or any kind of fun summer, fall farm fun, look no where else! They have it all. And I'm just so glad we got to know the. ...
Read moreAn honestly enjoyable corn maze experience. If you've never experienced the joy of walking into a shaped field of corn for the sake of getting lost, then this is a good place to start. The corn is tall enough to full obscure your view, there are helpful signs along the way to play scratch off games (grab a card at the beginning of the maze!) and overall have an enjoyable time. There are short and long versions of the maze, so any kids you bring can call it quits if they're bored...or drag you along all the way through! Minor food and drinks can be purchased there, and there are also farm animals and play equipment. A good family outing...
Read moreThis place is awesome! So much to do for the entire family. Yes there are even activities for the adults. As our adults we enjoyed the cow train, the corn maize and watching our daughter enjoy the slides, low rope course and so much more. The base price includes a lot to do so it’s well worth the $10 per person. We bought tickets for the hayride at $1 a person. Well worth the cost. The u-pick pumpkins are inexpensive as well.
There are food options available and for fall festival/corn maize the prices are cheap. Got to try the apple cider slushes!
Highly recommend this place for an afternoon of family fun. Well worth the drive...
