This is an absolutely beautiful awesome place to visit. You can even go there on a rainy day and not get your feet muddy because the majority of the pads are paved. The only reason I give it 4 stars is; expect to see many of the affluent families from the surrounding area with their obnoxious Unleashed dogs that will run up and jump on you. This is happening to us many times while we visited there.

Hoffman Park is a 354 acre mix of forest grasslands and ponds. The ponds were created in the 1940s when the park was a working farm. There are paved and gravel paths which sometimes become covered in water. It's a nice place to walk but not everyone picks up after their dogs so be alert.

Thus is the best park I've found in Hunderton County. No waste disposal cans for garbage. No doggy, do bags and no pavilion. There are many benches to sit on as you walk for breaks. Alot of different kinds if wild life. I've seen the piebald deer here several times.

Hunterdon County open space park is the best for exploring, fishing, biking, hiking, running, walking or adventuring outside. Great for families and kids. Poggers fish, a wonderful place to go hiking and exploring, so many pogger ponds and pogger trails, clear this time of year and lots of activity. Nice parking lot and benches next to it for people to enjoy their food, cool hill to go down and a great place to pogger walk your...
