We scheduled a two-night stay on the phone with a lady that did not specify pets were not allowed. We have always stayed at parks campgrounds and pets were allowed so we did not ask either. Pulling in we did see a sign that says pets were not allowed. We immediately made that very aware to a woman that approached us letting her know that we did have two pets and we're not aware that they were not allowed. Someone in the office did work with us and mark them as service dogs and told us where we can take them to use a bathroom. We continue to our campsite finding out that it was not accommodating to our camper. We were unable to have power hooked to our camper. We immediately went back to the office and inform them that that would not work due to we would have to take up to Camp spots to allow the power to be hooked up. We were their under an hour in and out. The gentleman did try to help us get a refund since it was not going to work for our camper. Unable to do so he informed us that we would need to speak with the manager, that she would have the authority to do that. We were told very strongly buy Mrs Kahlesser that we would not be receiving a refund. And then she told us we could have turned our camper around the other way to try to hook up the power. Knowing that there was one way in and one way out of the park. Every place my husband and I and our two little dogs have gone camping, we have been treated very nicely by office staff as well as people were camping near. I do not recommend anybody going to this...

People who come here respect the area and it shows. Very clean no garbage on the floor. Clean clean clean. Nice huge amounts of parking. They have a barbequing area if you like to barbeque. The playground looked in decent shape. The slides will need replacing soon they look a little damaged. Nice sand areas to sunbathe and play in if you like sand. Read moreLovely picnic/camping area for it being autumn. We were originally supposed to stay in the Round Valley site, but we got an e-mail the day before informing us our campsite was in a place that you can't bring your car to. We have someone with a disability and can't walk 6 miles OR take a boat to the site. (none of us were equipped to make a trek like that and not even sure if you're supplied a boat) they're aware of it and haven't changed it. (I'm peeved that that's a thing that they know and haven't changed yet, but! They moved us here, so I'm not super upset) (ps - if these two sites are owned by someone, please fix it because we scrambled about what to do. Thank you. ❤️) Because of fallen leaves, fire hazards are high. If you plan to grill or do a fire, just bring a raised grill with you as they allow that. Otherwise, in warm weather, they'd have a firepit on each site. They have very clean bathrooms, camping spots were easy to get to, and beautiful scenery. We went night fishing, and we were lucky to have a full moon even though the water receded significantly. (Not camps fault, there's a drought going on) Would likely come back in...
