Carambola Zip Line — Attraction in United States Virgin Islands

I cannot say enough good things about this! My husband and I visited ST. Croix for our honeymoon and wanted to make the entire trip about experiences. We came across Carambola Zip Line after driving past them to get to our hotel. We very excitedly booked a time and when the day came it turned out we were the only people for that trip so we ended up having our own private tour!

The entire team was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and so hilarious. Zip Lining is scary but our guides Wolf Man and Chuck Taylor (Amazing names by the way) made us feel more than safe and relaxed. They made everything lighthearted and that really helped with our nerves! Also, the ride up was so informative about St.Croix and its history and an amazing added bonus.

This company really takes your safety seriously and when flying over an island on a wire, that's really important haha. Not once did we ever feel any worry that something bad would happen. It was all fun and smiles.

We just arrived back home and we've already discussed when we can come visit and zip again!

Our family had a great time at Carambola Zip Line! I loved the history and culture lessons we got as we rode up to the first station. The owner/lead was interactive and great with the kids.

Upon arriving up top, we said goodbye to one who didn’t want to zip (side note: I appreciated that they let her do this so her kids could have fun!). There are 3 zip lines total. The first was slow, the second was long, the last was fast. The staff was very attentive and made sure safety came first, but also that we all had fun.

At the final station one of the staff took family pictures for us which I really appreciated!! Lastly, seeing as how it is fruit season here, we got back and ate some fresh carambola (star fruit) as a treat! It was a nice end to the activity.

The one downside is that for the price I was expecting it to go longer. We did have only 6 people so maybe we just moved through faster, but that would be my one complaint. Otherwise, go and have fun soaring through the rainforest! Our kids are already...

So yesterday my friend and I wanted to do something really exciting while in St.Croix so we zip lined. When I say this group of guys really made our experience exciting as well as fun. They are very good at their job and you can tell that they do this all the time and love it. We had 3 different lines to go across, this was my friend's first time ever zip lining but this was my third and I can say it was much better then the one in Vegas and Kentucky. My friend was very nervous at first but by the end she couldn't stop talking about how excited she was to have experienced this. We were able to enjoy flying through the trees and getting a different view of the island. We owe a big thanks to the guys, they made sure we were 100% safe as well as being able to enjoy this experience with them.
