Unity Pond is the largest lake in Waldo County, Maine. It is within the towns of Unity, Burnham, and Troy. The main tributaries are Meadow Brook, Bithers Brook, and Carlton Stream. The sole outflow is Twenty-Five Mile Stream, via a wetlands to the southwest of the lake, which in turn feeds into the Sebasticook River.

Pretty big body of water to call a pond. The public boat launch is usually pretty busy during good weather. There is also two little beach areas. The beach area to the right of the boat launch is a dog friendly area. The beach to the left is a little larger and has a little dock too. There's a few picnic tables there too. Great place to kayak, boat, fish, tube, swim, or just relax by the water. It is also accessible from the ATV trails and is...

A lovely spot for recreating or a little fishing maybe too. Not for the serious angler however, but the kiddos will have fun. The lake is large enough to drop anchor anywhere and go for a dip or possibly some water...
