Center For Performing Arts — Attraction in University Park

I recently attended the Shen Yen performance at the Center For Performing Arts. I had a great seat. I sat several rows from the stage. It's a smaller more intimate setting. All seats seem good. That was my first time at Governor's State University. I had a fantastic experience. This is a hidden gem in the South Suburbs. The staff were very professional. I like the center and the auditorium. Their masking guidelines are over the top and behind even the CDC guidelines. Everything is run and managed by people who delight in authority. I just love it when adults behave as dictators. I will probably attend other events but I disdain the way event staff there interact with people. Perhaps they are used to dealing with younger adults of college age. I'm talking about older adults 50+. I would encourage management and event staff to take some diversity and customer service...

It was a little creepy before the concert I went. "Flamenco show". I went there around 7 pm in fall. It was dark on the hall way and not many people except around the concert area.
