Update, Aug 2024: they redid the playground entirely. Now the ground is rubber. There are more climbing structures and swings than the old playground. I'm kinda disappointed that they don't have seesaw anymore. Another downside I noticed was that the yellow colored swings and slide were infested with small bugs, only the yellow ones; hence sadly, they were not usable.

Read moreBeautiful park...but too many people are there with their dogs not on leaches and it is ridiculous...that park is too nice to feel that unsafe....I felt unsafe and I felt my dogs were not safe either....four times people's dogs ran up to me and my dogs and they were not on leashes and the owners laughed it off and said my dog is nice all the while their dogs were growling at me and my dog...it's ridiculous and there are signs everything to keep your dog on a leash...I'll never go back...too many entitled people at that park that want to do...
Read moreA great, well kept park for walking the pups, or walking in general. Paved walkways that can be looped together for longer walks, or just going around the perimeter path is about 1.1 miles. Various species of trees are marked and there are benches to take breaks on. Soccer fields, baseball diamonds and tennis/pickleball courts are here, as are youth athletic leagues on weekends. A wetland with a wooden boardwalk (careful it's slick when wet) gives a shady view of waterfowl. And beware the weather warning siren that's tested every...
