Green Lane Reservoir — Attraction in Upper Hanover Township

Fun and relaxing place to go to on a sunny afternoon. Plenty of trails to hike on, and if you are hot the reservoir is there to cool you off. The scenery is very pretty, especially in the fall when all the leaves change colors. Pack a lunch, and go for a nice long hike for the day. There are also nearby playgrounds for the kids if they get bored during the hikes. They also recently added some outdoor workout stations along some of the trails that you can use if you want. Did the blue trail, it was a fun trail however there is horse feces all over the trail, if its not a huge pile its an old pile that is trampled flat. Its mostly a single track trail so you really cannot avoid it. In wet conditions i surmised that my dogo and self were probably covered in a fair amount off poo splash back. This is a fun place to rent boats or paddle boards and spend some time on the lake. We went with some friends and had a good time paddling around the big lake. It also wasn't too crowded here, and they were good about enforcing limits on people inside the building at a time.
