It's a nice spot in Valley Forge National Historic Park. Numerous cannons with a display explaining the parts and procedures. Nice view of the Arch across an open field. (Stay on the grass! Be aware there is lots of poison Ivy in the surrounding vegetation but the cannon area is cleared well.) Accessible from nearby parking with public restrooms.

The Artillery Park the centerize position for Washington's Artillery at Valley Forge. If an attack occurred the Artillery would be moved to redoubts as necessary. The Artillery Park is adjacent to a large parking lot with restrooms. Highly recommended.

This is part of the Valley Forge National Park. The cannons are lined up nicely and located next to a trail that is part of the trails and "sidewalks" around the entire park. If one was to hike and walk each of these, the distance is more than 7 miles. I recommend visiting this site on a...
