We visited around noon on a Sunday in late June 2025. We stopped at this George Washington Monument. It's a part of the trail down to Washington's Headquarters. There are restrooms next to parking lot. You walk down the winding path to the Valley Forge Train Station which had a number of exhibits inside and air condition. You continue down the path to Washington's Headquarters where there is no air condition. There were 2 rangers here to greet visitors and multiple rooms to explore. There was also an upstairs with multiple rooms and adjoining kitchen. Just around the corner is a garage or stable like structure which also has a number of exhibits inside of it. The trail is a loop and it will take you around and make your way back to the top. But along the way you'll arrive at this George Washington Monument and then the Commander in Chief's Guard Huts.

This place is so well maintained and kept up with!! Its incredible! Definitely loved this place! Will definitely be back soon! Would love to read a book or chill more in this place! Would love to see the train pass by!!

Nice place to walk and ponder history. Kinda wish this monument was bigger, but it is only a replica. With that said, worth the visit.
