Probably my least favorite of the 3 overlook sites on the PA side of the river, but it still has some great views of Mt. Tammany. The best part about this overlook is that you can see a lot of hawk activity around the summit, especially if you brought binoculars. When I went (early spring), the overgrowth below blocked my view of the Delaware and Arrow Island, but there was a good amount of animal activity there too, so it’s all for the best. Would recommend going to Point of the Gap Overlook if you can only stop at one, but they’re so close you might as well drive a bit further and decide for yourself...
