Not only is the Mead delicious, but the people are just as sweet at Mount Bethel Farms. Everyone was incredibly kind to me and my friends who decided to randomly pop in while visiting the area. The young lady behind the bar was very welcoming and inviting and let us try all kinds of meads and wines from the grounds, all of which were very good. Steve gave us an incredible tour of the farm grounds, which was super informative and interesting. It’s very clear that the farming at Mount Bethel is about as clean, ethical and sustainable as a farm operation can get. Very cool experience all around and we’ll definitely be coming back.

We had such a lovely time visiting. From the mead tasting to seeing the Emus, petting the piglets, and holding the baby goats. Jamie gave us a tour of the farm, and it was so special, she takes such good care of the animals and property. You can tell it is a passion project. Make sure to stop by the farm store to pick up some local honey. They also have farm fresh organic meats and eggs. All together, an incredible place to check out.

The folks at Mt Bethel know what they are doing with fermented beverages. Their meads are better than any other meadery we have tried - they have mastered a base off dry mead and don’t have any mistakes they have to cover up with back sweetening. Their exploration into fruit wine is also noteworthy. Best of all, they are good people to just sit and chat with. Oh, and it’s a good chill vibe and relaxing spot to hang out for a minute.

Mount Bethel Farms have the absolute best products around! You cannot buy eggs that fresh at any supermarket, and my husband refuses to eat any eggs other than the ones I buy here. If that wasn’t enough- me and my family absolutely love their wines! Our personal favorites are the “candy corn” and “plum crazy” wines but literally any and all wines you take home are an absolute delight. You can tell that everything is lovingly made and with the absolute most care and attention to detail. We have been using Mount Bethel farms as a “jack of all trades” in our grocery shopping…. It’s our one stop shop for eggs, honey, wine, fresh produce, and whole chickens. We encourage everyone to give Mount Bethel Farms a try- what’s better than supporting our own local farmers and getting the best possible products available to take home to our...
