I camped here for a week. I never saw a car or person for while I was there. If you want to see small game , pronghorn, prairie dogs and more. This is the place. At night hundreds of rabbits line the dirt roads. The roads are rough. Not gravel on them. When it rains , they turn to mud. High winds everyday. Temperatures in the 90's when was there. June 2016. Night time gets cool 50's. Rode my Atv and tried to call in Coyotes. Wind drowned out my calls every day. Switched to Prairie Dogs. There are those by the hundreds. I also found ranchers in the area will give you permission to shoot Prairie dogs also. 500 yards shots the norm. Great place to be alone and just enjoy the way...
   Read moreIt's just acres and acres upon more acres of prairie, hills, and grass. One of the best examples of Wyoming's wide open spaces. Depending on where you're at in the grasslands there are places where you can hike around or ride trails on motorbikes, atv, utv, off-road vehicles with the right permits.
