Wren Farm — Attraction in Urbana

We just got married here this month. Let me start off by saying the venue is BEAUTIFUL. Elizabeth (owner) was beyond supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. However, on the day of, we were disappointed by the support received from the day of coordinator. I do believe this coordinator may have been new to Wren. A lot of our other vendors needed to step up and help the day go smoothly in her place, namely the send off, turning on the AC units (which were not turned on until 3pm for a 4:30 ceremony), wiping off chairs after it rained, and lighting tea lights for the reception area, etc. I’m not sure if calling the support we received that day as a “coordinator” is an accurate assessment of the services rendered. Again, I want to reiterate the owner herself was beyond helpful but we were disappointed when she left that day, as the “coordinator” did not do much, if anything, to assist in the flow of the day. Overall, Wren Farm is a beautiful venue and we were happy to have been married there. I do wish we received a bit more support from the coordinator so I wanted to review that here so others are...

I, literally, cannot rave enough about how INCREDIBLE this venue is, let alone the AMAZING people whom help to run it. Cassie helped us from viewing, reviewing, and viewing again, to answering all questions comments and concerns faster than lighting through a variety of contact methods. Never once did we feel as if we were anything less than the most important couple they were hosting a wedding for. & Jillian whom helped coordinate everything was beyond perfect! From the final walk through and arranging, and rearranging things for us from before through the day of, she was a blessing to have. She ensure that everything ran smoothly, even when it began to rain, and made sure that everything was perfect. Not only is she a beautiful addition to your helping hands, but just a wonderful personality and very thoughtful and caring that your day is the best, ever. &&& she does this all while having a beautiful new addition to her family! My husband and I got married at Wren farm this August. We were extremely pleased with our experience! Both Cassie and Jillian were so very helpful, and the owners were very accommodating to our needs of postponing our wedding due to Covid (our original wedding date was in May). They were very responsive throughout the entire process, and were so sincere in everything they did for us.
