Fantastic course. Terrible experience.
I love the layout, and the course is cut well. Greens are well taken care of. Very little trash on the grounds other than golf balls that have been hit by mowers.
That being said, every time we go, we’re asked to either speed up, or skip a hole. Last time, the people behind us were not even waiting for us. We had two beginners with us, and it embarrassed them and soured them from wanting to go again.

This is mid-May, the course still coming out of a tough winter and 2022 drought conditions, but it looks like the maintenance staff will have the course playing under the best of conditions shortly. This can be a five star rating when the course conditions improve. If you have an opportunity to play here, don’t let your time get away from you. Oh!
