Highlands Park — Attraction in Vallejo

It's a small park but it's newly redone in last couple years, it has kids play ground, a walk path that has a sign telling you how far of distance you walk. 3 laps = 1 mile, Dogs can go there but PLEASE clean up after YOUR dog, there was a guy there picking up everyone else's dog mess so kids, his dog or anybody would not step in it. The park has bathrooms not sure if they were unlocked but more than likely they are since someone locks the gates at dusk and reopens them in the morning. This is a nice little neighborhood park there is a gazebo picnic area and a nice little playground for the kids a big field there's a running or walking Track that goes all the way around it it's wide open there's no trees for shade however. Small park but has the staples. 2 toddler swings and 2 standard swings, a small play structure. All on rubberized surfaces so would be good for any ADA needs. There is also a covered picnic area but it’s regularly reserved for birthdays. There is also public bathrooms and even water fountains.

Oh and there is also a great big field to play in with a clay jogging trail.
