Mert's Market & Farm — Attraction in Valley

Mert's Market has quickly become a fall favorite for our family! When we visited, they had local vendors on-site, including a donut truck and pop-up petting zoo. It’s clear they care about supporting the community. The family grows, picks, and sells their own pumpkins. I really appreciated that it was free to get in (which is hard to find these days), and the pumpkin prices were reasonable. They had a great selection —carving and baking pumpkins, gourds, and even some fun specialty colored pumpkins. They also have haybales, cornstalks, decorative corn, and fall knickknacks for sale too. From classic orange to fanciful Cinderella, dramatic green to sunny yellow, smooth to bumpy, tiny to XL, Mert’s has them all—at fair prices and a convenient Venmo payment system. You can pick your own or skip the field to shop the abundant selection of pumpkins, gourds, hay bales, and corn stalks around the building. Visiting this family-owned pumpkin patch has become a beloved tradition for our family each fall. Every year, we look forward to spending a fun-filled afternoon enjoying the family games, the welcoming atmosphere, and of course, the incredible selection of pumpkins and gourds.

The variety is always impressive — we can always count on finding the perfect mix to make our front steps look festive and ready for the season.
