The Salmon Creek Midway Trail Head is absolutely beautiful, and where I left off yesterday along the Salmon Creek Greenway Trail, so of course, I had to come back today. It is more secluded and rugged than some of the other trails. All you hear is the wind rustling through the trees, water flowing, and birds chirping; no people, so I was confident that I would see deer. I went in the evening, and sure enough, it happened! I don't know who was more surprised: me or the deer. We both halted, and just stared at one another. It was an amazing moment!! Then another doe popped out of the foliage, and my heart was filled with love! ❤️ On this portion of the trail, you are going to find deep wooded areas, creeks and ravines, as well as large open meadows with bodies of water throughout. I am a nature/wildlife lover, and as a result, spend alot of time outdoors, and this trail will leave you both exhilarated and fulfilled! You really just need to come and experience it for yourself! The Salmon Creek Greenway Trail in its entirety and all it has to offer, will definitely not disappoint!

Love this trail. Some heavy rain has toppled a few trees recently.

This is a great walking/ running trail. It's paved, has great views, and is peaceful. Leashed dogs are allowed, and thankfully it seems people clean up after them. There's some trail offshoots into neighborhoods (easy to access) and beautiful...
