The Dead Factory Haunted House (Mexico,MO) — Attraction in Vandiver

I am not one to write bad reviews like EVER, but I was really disappointed. It was 75 dollars for 3 of us which okay I can do when it’s worth it, but we drove a hour there, and had a 3 hour wait which we were fine with due to being exited so we sat in the car for 3 hours…plus we drove the hour there and paid so wasn’t gonna leave. Well we walk through the haunted house which wee were told by workers there it would be around a 45 min walk through the haunted house. Lies it was like 20 minutes . We walked through and the props were good but the actors WERE NOT! They rushed us and broke character. One of the ladies even said to us “ I know you are ready to go let’s hurry and get you out of here, because I am too” It wasn’t even the slightest bit scary. Maybe I was bummed because I waited so long and paid 75 dollars but i don’t know . I won’t be...

Very nice people....at the ticket counter! The rest of them are insanely scary and had me in fear of some severe nerve damage from all the screaming from their weird faces and antics! Indoor so no problem if it's raining. Great use of $ and time if you are looking to be terrified. My family will be back for sure, me not so much! Went tonight and it was nothing like a few years ago. Mostly screaming girls in your face telling you to go faster. The line is packed with people, for sure no distancing. Bumbed we paid 100 bucks for all of this, wasn't worth it. Guy outside by the ticket booth...

I went for the first time this year and I couldn't be happier I did. It definitely gave me a good fright. The WHOLE experience was awesome I LOVED the different interactions and actors were top tier. I can definitely see why they made it to the top they most definitely belong there. Dr.Phobia got me first thing while we waited to enter an then Skitzo the clown got me shortly after. I can't say it enough it was a great experience for those of us who love spooky all the time you have to check them out. I plan to take my older kids next...
