My family went Verona, WI location for a self guided tour and was less than impressed. From the moment I walked in with my family the staff were rude and condescending. The woman at the front desk with dark hair working closest to the door on 5/30 not only insulted me but my family as well. When she asked us to pick out where we wanted to go I asked her if she had a recommendation to which she replied "this is not a playground, people work here" and "there are a lot of meetings today." FYI if you didn't want people to come then don't open your campus to the public. I also didn't see an age restriction on your website. This woman ruined our entire day. Fortunately we didn't encounter a kind worker passing by who complimented my childrens behavior and another man driving a cow car who actually provided us recommendations and directions since your registration gal failed to provide us with a map. This was a wasted trip for my family and if you don't want people to tour then don't allow the public in. I would not recommend this for anyone under the age of 10 unless you want to be treated like you don't belong.

Read moreArnie at reception was the rudest employee I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with on both our Tuesday June 30th visit and our Thursday June 3rd visit. So unpleasant that another group of visitors was talking with us about "how cranky that one woman was" and how "they hope they don't get checked in by her." She seemed so displeased with having to interact with guests. This is who this company chooses as their first point of contact with their customers and visitors.
Honestly, I'd say it's not really worth the visit unless you'd like to wander through some themed office buildings to some very very vague and poorly written instructions. Oh, and you can't see any real animals on their farm and none of the cafeterias or food places are open to tour guests, despite being on the "visit EPIC" info sheets. Not worth your time or energy. Especially not if you have to deal with Arnie at reception...

One passenger, who was sitting two rows behind Dvorak, tells 15 Investigates the airline boarded passengers onto the plane in Detroit, and was preparing for take-off. The passenger overheard Dvorak ask flight attendants, “Do you know who I am?” Delta employees responded saying, “Yes, Mr. Dvorak, we do.”
When Dvorak reportedly refused to leave the plane, the airline had all other passengers except Dvorak get off the plane. One passenger tells 15 Investigates he saw police cars drive onto the runway, and then saw Dvorak being led out in handcuffs. The flight that was originally scheduled to depart at 8:40 p.m. was delayed by an hour because of...
