We did the tasting tour, and this was really well organized. Our tour started with some History and a short drive around the area (5mins), then we were sat in a classroom style area where our host talked through the history and the bourbon we were tasting. They also paired each with food to enhance the taste.

Nice grounds, tour was informative. Love the old Rick houses. They definitely have a different take on the storing and was suprised they only have one strength, 94 proof.
