We hit Marion Lake the second morning of our 4-day backpacking trip from Death Canyon Trailhead to String Lake Trailhead. Nice spot to get some water and pics. Nice little lake nestled below a peak, with a couple groves of evergreens. Not the most scenic lake, yet the flowers are amazing in early August and the views are extensive.. You can even see the top of Jackson Hole ski area!
