I'm rating the financial aid office. Terrible service, rude and unhelpful. They never have a correct answer for me and are all over the place not knowing how to solve and simple problem. They messed up financial aid and said I had a refund for months and turns out I never had a refund in the first place. They also weren't able to accommodate to help me solve a problem, one person was particularly rude to me via telephone when I told her my job restricts me from a face to face meeting and she told me I should be more flexible instead of them. Will not accept most credits from other schools. One can have multiple degrees from accredited institutions but somehow lack transferable general ed credits. They give registration priority to high school students so good luck getting 100 level courses that must be taken because credits didn't transfer. Online system is archaic and tech support is abysmal. Credits that don't transfer are counted for financial aid, so they stop accepting FA for having too many credits. What does that even mean? So just don't try to get transfer credit because you'll be intelligible for FA, and your credits won't be...

This collage is one of the best in the area!!! Lot of great kids go there for classes!! The welding program is one of the best in the west side of the state!! Been in the program and had a lot of job offers when done. Dave is a great guy that teaches the classes. He was great!! The agtech program out there is one of the only in the area. You enroll in locally but you are taking Michigan State University classes but without paying the big money down at East Lansing Michigan. Wish that they had this when I was younger.
