Nice little beach access point. Its only as good as the Lake, and lets face it Utah Lake isn't that great--it just happens to be convenient. Sadly people who visit are split down the middle between being amazing regulars who use the beach for kiteboarding and other activities, who respect the place and even help clean up, and those who just visit and leave a ton of garbage and mess. Unfortunately more people seem to visit who just leave messes and its a shame such a wonderfully potential community spot isn't treated well by the majority of the community.
It has parking across the street, a couple of basic pavillions with both stairs and ramp access down to the beach. Its free access, with a sandy (kinda messy) beach. The Water is very shallow, and you'd half to go a few hundred yards out to even get to chest height. During the winter months you may find ice floes building here, and patches of open water where birds feast on bugs/plants...

Maybe it'll get better once more people start coming here. It's kind of dangerous crossing the road from the parking lot to the beach as it's on the inside of a curve, and there is tall grass...
