-100/10 SERVICE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! I went on the website to try to find prices to remove junk, Could not find prices so I booked in order to get an estimate thinking that that would lead me to pricing, After booking, I got a message saying that they will be on their way based on the window that I chose 5 to 7 PM. That was at 11:15 AM 9/30/25. I called 1 800 Got Junk Because I did not want somebody to come all the way out here and quote me a ridiculous price to pick up my one broken bed frame so to save everybody time, I asked the person on the phone: How much is this going to cost? The person on the phone told me based on what I have that I need removed which was one single bedframe, I was told that it will be $69 or less to have it removed.. so I agreed to the service. I received a text message from Robert at 11:39 AM saying that they would love to give me a hassle free estimate and to send pictures of the junk I needed removed. All I need removed was one single bed frame.. I sent a picture… Never got a response. At 5:36 PM the same day I got a text saying that a My window is opening soon and I should receive a call from the provider coming to pick up my junk shortly. At 6:55pm I received no call and I’m still waiting to see if somebody is going to come. I contacted the local office phone number that Robert sent in the text message. Someone picks up the phone (Which claimed to be the assistant manager) I told him that my window was from 5 to 7pm. It is now 6:55pm and no one has shown up. The person on the phone tells me that I wasn’t even on their pick up schedule and they don’t know where that came from. They said that they can come back out the next day and that I should give them a call around 12N. I asked then can I at least get it in writing so that I know you guys are actually coming.. Like I just don’t have all the free time in the world. I had to get take time off from work in order to be available for them to come and pick up the bedframe. I asked the Person on the phone How much is it going to cost to pick up this one bedframe? The person said “Oh, it’s just one bedframe? “That ain’t nothing we can come and get that”. I said OK how much is it going to cost? He said “Less than $200” I said I spoke with somebody from 1 800 Got Junk this morning and they told me $69 or less to remove my item. He said “ He’s never done a job at that price and the call center Is not the best place to get accurate prices and that I should’ve contacted the local office”…. I told him to cancel the service altogether because I’m not paying $200 to remove one broken bedframe just for it to get thrown in the garbage. It’s as if I’m throwing $200 in the garbage. First of all, this is an inconvenience to me— my time—and my experience with this company. For first impressions it’s quite shitty not going to lie. Second of all, the call centers and the local office not being on the same page is not a me (THE CUSTOMER) problem. Like what are y’all gonna do to make it right? I’m not hearing any solutions. Just excuses not even a damn sorry.. I will never attempt to use the service again and I highly do not recommend you waste your time like I’ve wasted mine. This Review may sound mad crazy, it may even get a little razzle-dazzle of a Karen if you will. But I promise you, the service was that bad I’m just saying. I recently had the pleasure of working with Nico and David G from 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From the moment they arrived, both were professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. Nico has a great attitude friendly, upbeat, and clear in his communication. He walked me through the process, explained the pricing, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before they got started. David G was equally outstanding: hardworking, respectful, and clearly experienced. Together, they worked quickly but carefully, handling everything with care and ensuring the space was spotless before they left. What stood out most was how seamless they made the whole experience. I am writing to share my appreciation for the two young gentleman who recently represented 1 800 Got Junk during my service appointment August 27, 2025. From the moment they arrived, they conducted themselves with professionalism, courtesy, and a clear commitment to customer care. They took the time to explain the process in detail, letting me know exactly what to expect before getting started. Their communication was thorough and reassuring, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. Beyond the efficiency, they showed great respect for my home and handled everything with care. It is rare to meet young professionals who combine such excellent work ethic with genuine kindness. These two gentlemen are truly outstanding representatives of your company, and they turned what could have been a difficult task into a very positive experience. They handled every item with care, efficiently removing all our junk and transforming a potentially stressful day into a seamless, hassle-free experience. Their punctuality, friendly demeanor, and transparent pricing truly set them apart. I highly recommend their services if you're looking for a reliable, efficient, and professional junk removal team. I had to clean my apartment before moving out. Jackson and Jaylen came by and got everything in about 20-30 minutes. Had about 1/2 truckload of stuff - one mattress, two tables, a gaming chair, two nightstands, and ~8 duffel bag sized loads of kitchen ware, office ware, rugs/towels, shoes, old clothes, cleaning supplies. They call ahead of time to let you know that they’re coming, will inspect everything and give you a quote. They will attempt to price-match reasonably and then they got everything squared away pretty nicely. I paid $400. I definitely recommend for last-minute removals (things need to be gone same day or within 24-48 hrs).
