We've been coming out to the Bolen softball fields for years, and the Fields are always well-maintained, but if your daughter pitches, plan for a turned or broken ankle (my daughter's suffered both). Despite high-tech equipment, the crews don't do a great job maintaining the pitcher's circle, so you'll see pitchers falling down at least once or twice per game due to deep craters at the pitching rubber.
They have recently upgraded new bathrooms and concession stands. The bathrooms are clean and nice, but the concessions stands haven't opened yet. I wish the millions they invested included clay or something more durable at the pitcher's circles.
