FHD Appliances — Attraction in Visalia

Scummy scam artists. Over a year ago I financed a few appliances from them, along with 2 warranties. Their 30 day warranty as well as an additional cost year warranty. The appliances were broken upon arrival. The fridge would short out my entire kitchen (which does not happen at all with my new fridge) and the dryer was making this horrible scraping sound each time the drum turned. It sounded to me like it could have caused a fire the scraping was so bad. I requested they fix the appliances, and that they send a guy to my house to take a look. They said they would have to charge me an additional "delivery fee" in order to send someone out. So I opted to bring them into their shop myself, having called ahead to see when would be best (he said anytime tomorrow). When I brought them back for fixing they informed me that 1. they could not plug in the dryer to see what's wrong with it but that they can fix it no problem and 2. that they couldn't get their guys to look at it for 4 more hours even though I called ahead. Which to me was cometely unacceptable, I called ahead to make sure what time was best for a reason. So I requested to exchange them for the exact model but not broken. I got home the new ones and they were broken in the exact same way as the ones before (Almost as if they intentionally break it so that they can charge you a "delivery fee"). So I took the broken appliances back to their store and demanded that they cancel the entire transaction. They literally pretended I wasn't there. I was talking to their faces and they were intentionally avoiding eye contact and pretended like I was the wind or something. Eventually the manager suggested that I dont leave my appliances randomly anywhere and told me they don't do returns. Which I then reminded them that it's their policy that you can do cancelations as well as restocking fees ON RETURNS as it states in my contract. He then continued to ignore me. Then my husband warned a poor unsuspecting family of their scams and one of their employees started yelling at us full chested and told us to get out. They refused to give me paperwork stating that they took their broken appliances back. But the next day they had the exact same appliances out for sale on their front lot that you can see on the road. I contacted the loan provider (synchrony bank) and informed them of these scam artists and I closed my account and requested that they do not allow these people to charge my now closed account. The bank informed me that they could not prevent someone from charging it but that they could dispute it once it's posted. Which seems like a blatant lie to me. They allowed the charge to go through on my already closed account even though I warned them this would happen. And I have been disputing the same transaction for over a year now. I still do not have a resolution and I have tried contacting FHD Appliance to resolve the matter but they refused every suggestion I had and they also started screening my calls. I went to this place for the first time to save a little bit money , Purchased an LG fridge instaview on February 2024 , paid 1600 in total , Mid March 2024 the fridge start showing CH E code which means “Leak” I contacted FHD right away but they don’t want to dealt with my complain instead they like me to call my extended warranty that I purchased together when I purchased the fridge , Extended warranty sent someone to do the assessment on how much the fridge will cost if repaired , the technician estimated almost 3300 in parts and labor if repaired , The CPS settled me 800 dollars due to the big damage of the fridge leaving no value with the Unit , I was so frustrated with my experience to this place , My 1600 just went to trashed in less than 3 months , they told me that the fridge is new and just open box ,They didn’t help me except giving me the number of the repair man to have a second look for my fridge but when the guy came in to check on the fridge he said the same thing that the first repair man from CPS told me “leak” , FHD...
