Eric's passion is contagious. This hidden away vineyard is not a major operation, everything done here is done by the owner to get the best results. Cost cutting that would be a detriment to the flavor or the quality of the wine is not an option. The knowledge of Wine History in San Diego cannot be matched anywhere else.

Wonderful experience. Enlightening and wonderful. The property is gorgeous and the host is not only a gifted winemaker but a gifted speaker. He uses lots of humor in expaining the process of making good wine and his unique views on the wine industry itself.i won't say more because Eric can explain so much better himself.
