Overall 10/10 place to go, amazing service and even more amazing people all around. Brandy and Brittany Johnson are awesome at cuts and never disappoint. Morgan, Brandon, and Liz are always laughing and smiling, making the environment light and comfortable, which every salon needs. Kim and Brit Lane are super informative when I’ve bought different gels and products, and Catie always gives the best advice when it comes to what I should do with my haircut. Kaylee gave me the best brow wax I’ve had in my life, and introduced me to a whole new world without a unibrow. Now April, LORD that woman works me in ways nobody ever has, I leave there feeling like a new person after every massage. I’ve had pedicures by every one of their nail techs and my feet look so good I could sell pics of those bad boys for big money. The owner Misty is awesome, she goes above and beyond for those guys and gals. Isaac and Jess at the front are top notch, they know their stuff and make you feel like you’re a true VIP. I have been going to the M Salon for 6 years now and really can't say enough about it! Misty is so kind and an incredible owner. Isaac is always so helpful and kind. When I first started going, the amount of hair I have was underestimated for an appointment time, but I was able to meet several of the other stylists- all of which are amazing. You really can't go wrong with any of them! But I will absolutely brag on my girl Brittany Johnson, who has done magic on my hair. Every color, every balayage, every style. She is amazing! When I lived closer, I loved the nail techs as well. So knowledgeable and talented. Let me also rave on Maria! She is hilarious, always ready to make you smile, and does some bomb lashes. My first and last visit to The M Salon was in Feb. 2022. I had to wait over 60 days for the appointment but I wanted to try somewhere new. The salon is very clean and beautiful and everyone was very polite. The issue that I have is with the pricing for their services. They are very overpriced! For instance, they charged me $25 for spraying a 'metal detox' in my hair. You can buy a bottle of the product for $28! I had a haircut and partial highlight and my bill was over $200! This is excessive, it is 3x what I normally pay for the same services. My hair wasn't styled anything like the picture I took in. And it didn't feel like a $200 salon service for sure! They also took pictures of my hair before and after without asking if I minded having my picture taken. I just went back to my regular stylist and am so glad I did as my hair now feels like silk and it is much healthier and I love the color and cut! Very expensive...
