The wine was decent, nothing that stood out as a grand slam or a "go-to" favorite between the 5 wines I drank. In fact 2 were mostly undesirable, those being a rosé and the lambrusco, rosé was just bad and lambrusco was far too sweet without any body or finish. Yuck on those two. The Satisfaction wine was the clear favorite and had some quality characteristics. If you want a nice place to hang out with friends this is a 5 star place, the rooms are all new and the atmosphere is great. The employees were friendly and helpful and they were laid back but not neglectful.
Now the food is a different story. I understand it's hard to provide a balance of things to snack on without over extending a menu or needing a high tier chef and supporting staff, but the food we did order was kinda embarrassing. I saw some cheese plates and boards, which looked fine, albeit I didn't have the pleasure of eating it. Those appeared to be a better selection than the food we did order. (Pics provided) The sliders looked like a 5 year old prepared them, and the best thing on the plate was the mini pickle it came with. So there's that. The chips and spinach artichoke dip was sad, and somebody should feel sad đ We did finish the plates because of our insatiable hunger, but we were laughing about the quality of these foods the whole time. The quality of food was embarrassing for the price. Let's leave it at that.
Great views and a nice crowd makes it a well rounded experience and with a few good wines on the menu it's possible to have a really good time. Just be careful with the food and sample before going with a glass or bottle. Hoping to return and bump it up a đ with...
Read moreBeautiful views, great wine & service ! Plus the venue is incredibly neat!!
Reading through the other reviews is quite interesting- Iâve never been to one place where I liked every single thing on the menu (maybe other people find these mystery places??) so I wouldnât expect a fairly new winery to have a huge selection of wines where I liked every single thing I tasted âŠ.. in my experience thatâs almost never the nature of a winery, or wine drinking for that matter.
Since itâs not a restaurant but a winery , the selection of small snacks they offer I thought were great for a nice afternoon on the patio, overlooking the beautiful view they have.
If itâs your first time there I recommend trying a little bit of everything and coming in with an open mind ready to taste some delicious wine , cheers! đ·đ canât wait to...
Read moreI recently hosted a bridal shower at White Timbers Winery, and it was absolutely perfect for our event. The team did an amazing job helping us create the ideal atmosphere. Peggy and her staff were incredibly easy to work with and ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The spacious indoor area made it easy to accommodate our guests comfortably, and everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. We also had access to the patio, which overlooks the vineyard and a small nearby airportâsuch a charming and unique touch.
After dealing with other venues that were less accommodating, White Timbers was truly a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend this winery to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing glass of wine or host a wedding or special event. It...
