Great location to spend time outdoors, with family, and near the water. The restrooms are amazingly immaculate, such a bonus. It is obvious this location has pride and it is a gem. There are walking/biking trails all around. Such a calm and beautiful atmosphere. This was my first time being in an RV/5th Wheel. Highly recommend having this location as a destination. Friendliness all around and as a bonus, multiple places to golf that are not too far from this site. The weather just happened to cooperate and was perfect!

Really good place to stay. We stayed here for vacation back in June and really had a blast. The okoboji area is pretty hard to screw up because there is so much to do. This RV campsite was really cool, had lake access and big spacious lots so you weren't in the lap of your neighbors. The staff or hosts were very hands off. The beach area was pretty rocky and weedy but it's a lake- so short of maintaining it for swimmers there's not much they can do. I really enjoyed my stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

Very nice campground with clean restrooms and single stall showers. We enjoyed ourselves immensely, despite the flood-like 11” rains on Friday. Our spot, closest to the lake and on the bottom of the hill flooded a bit with rainwater when the rain was pouring, but had drained very swiftly as soon as the torrential rains slowed down. While the ground remained a little damp, it was not muddy at all. Having a boat tamp next to our camp was great and came in really handy.

The campground is gorgeous. The camping neighbors are amazing. BUT ITS LIKE YOU ARE IN AN HOA with the camping host lady. My husband has stage 4 cancer a broken neck and broken back and we camped by a toilet close. Someone must have smoke in the bathroom and she put a sticky note on the door saying no smoking last night or I’ll lock it up. This morning the door was locked! At 515p yesterday she came around told me to turn my music down and it wasn’t even that loud and we talked to all our neighbors about the music and they were fine with us and was enjoying it. She is constantly around monitoring what people are doing. I guess to sum it all up the lady camp host took the relaxed weekend and enjoyment out of camping. Will never camp here again and that is very sad because it’s a...

Great price ($16/day) to tent camp, lots of spots in the busy summer season when we went. Clean, people seemed to actually follow quiet hours, and seemed very safe and family friendly. They have their own section of the lake with a swim area / beach and several boat docks and fishing areas. I saw lots of fish in the water but didn't have much luck myself. All the lots seemed to have at least electric hookups and fire pits with built in grills. Restrooms and shower rooms were laid out nearby all the lots so no one had to walk too far and they doubled as storm shelters so you know you'd be safe if the weather gets too rough for just your tent. Nearby gas stations helped when we needed extras and the park staff seemed knowledgeable about the area and directed us to where to get...

We just spent a night here in our trailer! This is a very neat, clean camping area. We stayed at Site 8. It was a level, gravel, back-in site with a view of the lake! The sites were fairly spacious. Since we were there mid-week, it was very quiet! I used the restroom next to the dump station and it was fairly clean. There is a small playground with a few swings, but it could use some sprucing up! We walked up to their little “light house” for some pretty views of the lake and walked on a near-by, paved trail. I would definitely come back here if we are ever in the area again. It’s a...
