Love this place its beautiful bring extra trash bags chairs and something for the yellow jackets they will mess you up. Not much shade so we bring canopies or tents its a bit of a hike from ur car to the water so I would get a rolling cart if I were you if you don't like walking

I grew up on this lake. It was peaceful then. Besutiful. The water is dark due to lots of cypress or cedar trees. Fishing good. Again peaceful for small boats around...
