After many years of association, I can still say that I enjoy this place every time I come to visit. The people here are always so willing to share their knowledge and their information about nature. And they seem to be trying new things of late and adding different speakers each of the last few years. Their adult lecture series in winter and spring have really improved over the years with new lecturers being brought in from outside the local community to augment those lectures hosted by the very capable Sanctuary staff. I also especially love the gardens which are lovely when they are in bloom. Celebrating it's 75th year in operation, The Norcross Wildlife Sanctuary at Tupper Hill is a little local gem that's easy to miss but worth the visit. It's not far from Sturbridge, the Conant Dam or the Brimfield State Forest. And it's right next door to the Wales Nursery.
