What an amazing place to go for a walk and just relax. So quiet and relaxing!! I love the details of plants, trees, animals and everything else. Spent about 5 hours there and I still don't think I saw everything there. I need to get a better camera for next time I go. Next time I go will be bringing more people with me.

Had a beautiful day. I went with a summer camp and we had a great time. Loved our nature walk with our tour guide. The trail was beautiful and peaceful. Also kids had a blast making bird feeders.

A lovely walk today, glad they are reopen again. The trails were closed for quite awhile. Some new bridges over the brook, some trails freshly mulched. A gorgeous place!

After many years of association, I can still say that I enjoy this place every time I come to visit. The people here are always so willing to share their knowledge and their information about nature. And they seem to be trying new things of late and adding different speakers each of the last few years. Their adult lecture series in winter and spring have really improved over the years with new lecturers being brought in from outside the local community to augment those lectures hosted by the very capable Sanctuary staff. I also especially love the gardens which are lovely when they are in bloom. Celebrating it's 75th year in operation, The Norcross Wildlife Sanctuary at Tupper Hill is a little local gem that's easy to miss but worth the visit. It's not far from Sturbridge, the Conant Dam or the Brimfield State Forest. And it's right next door to the Wales Nursery. It's easily reached by Rt 32 or Rt 19 as it's sandwiched right on the border between Monson and Wales, MA on the Monson-Wales Road.. I highly...

11.16.24 The weather has been so great this fall that we decided to visit this place for the 1st time to get a walk-in. There was plenty of free parking, and walking around is all free. There was plaques of info to read along the trails as well as trees. The trail is easy to follow, and it's super easy. I think we walked like 1.5 miles. It's fall, so everything is brown, but...
