Walkerton Park & Recreation — Attraction in Walkerton

This is a great park for all ages. I really can't say there is one main activity or attraction at this park as each one has its own significance; the park features two baseball diamonds with bleachers, a picnic shelter with several picnic tables, a playground with assorted play areas, a large splash pad and three beach volleyball courts. The park is right next to John Glen High School, so, the football practice field is also available to play a game.

The only drawback, the drainage for the playground apparently is not very great. When I was at the park with my son, the playground was all flooded out from the rain we had in two days. You can still have fun, but, you may want to keep the activities limited to the...
