The best winery experience I’ve ever had! I arrived in Walla Walla and was planning on visiting, but I guess I didn’t expect for there to be so few transportation options, especially in the middle of winter! (Whoops) I gave the winery a call, and Ms. Denise Isenhower herself offered to come pick me up and bring me to her winery! She wasn’t even going to be open that day, but offered me a personal tasting experience anyways. Waaaaay above and beyond her job description. Read moreWe first tasted Isenhower wine when they were located in the Depot building. I knew right away they were going to become a fixture in Walla Walla. There in that class I call the Walla Walla-must-visits. I still have my Red Paintbrush poster up at work! In addition to all of the standard varietals, they always seem to produce small quantity special vintages which really hold up. I opened a 2004 Wildflower last fall and it was still robust. Denise was very friendly and informative, even recommending other wineries to visit. This is a family-owned estate winery and some of the labels are created by their daughter's artwork. Our favorite wine was the Road Less Traveled, Cab Franc. There are nice vineyards all around and the sunsets are spectacular. We highly recommend...
