Looking at other reviews before writing my own, looks like this is not an isolated incident with this place in regards to their manager, Rikki (apologies if this is the wrong person, the gal has darker hair and of course the attitude that all the other negative reviews mentioned) very rude and snappy. Such a shame because this place has a good view and the rest of the wait staff is great. Our visit on 4/30/2022 was OK. When we get our bill, the amount was wrong, we asked Rikki to adjust it, she did something on the tablet and hand it to me to press confirm. I did see the amount changed to the correct amount so I pressed confirmed and explicitly asked for a receipt, which Rikki said it will be emailed. However, the amount that was charged on our credit card was the wrong amount, a $40 difference and of course, no email receipt were sent. I would advise anyone with a card on file to check what is being charged whenever Rikki hands you the bill. Since then, we (wife and I) have tried many times to call to rectify this issue but can never get anyone to pick up or call us back. I've been trying to cancel my membership but of course no response via phone nor email. Very frustrating experience with this place. We live an hour away so it's not the most convenience to just drive all that way to cancel a membership or dispute a transaction. Good place with bad service makes for a bad experience. Again, it's a shame because the rest of the staff...

We were here on May 21st around noonish as part of a wine tour for a bachelorette party. Our group looked forward to this location as its absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately we were met by a rude hostess perhaps manager. Question on our reservation that our tour booked for us. Made us seem like an inconvenience to her. The amount of attitude that was given was completely unnecessary. Our server was amazing, she gave great recommendations, the cheese and meats boards were great! We were on a schedule with our tour and our driver came in to let us know we had about 15 minutes left until we needed to head out to the next stop. We head in to pay, the hostess/manager snapped at us that we needed to be patient as our server was busy. We were literally just standing there waiting until our server was ready to have us pay, not saying a word. The hostess/manager wasn’t just rude to us, we heard her at other tables as well, making everyone feel like they were an inconvenience. 1 star for the view, 1 star for the food and wine. Lost 3 stars due to being met with and continued rude behavior. If your wine tour mentions this place I would ask for another option, as our time here was not as pleasant as we...

First, I would I would like to give you a little back ground. We have been wine club members with the sister winery Ste Chapelle for 17 years. We started going to Waterbrook about 6-7 years ago and never had a problem. The first day we went in all was perfect. We ordered a bottle of wine and the cheese board, which is always our go to. Before we left we made another reservation for the 4th at noon. We arrived ordered our bottle of wine and the cheese board. When the cheese board arrived I thought it was a joke but no the server said they had changed things and it was about ÂĽ the normal size. So in 2 days you decided to charge the same price and reduce the quantity by 75%. Desperation??? Just thought that you should know, that due to your greed we and our wine group will not be visiting your winery in the future. Yes, it is your winery and you have the right to do what you like with the product and pricing. But, we also have the right to visit your winery or select other wineries that...

The reviews for this place from our wine group were mixed. We had a full meal here that we made reservations for. It was very good across the board. Between the hamburger and the tacos. The scenery as well was very beautiful. Reminded us of a Napa winery that is very opulent and well manicured. They have the nice pond and bacci ball. The wine is where things got a bit iffy. We had a tasting of 5 or 6, I forget exactly. We had one member of our group really enjoy the Chenin Blanc that was poured first while the rest of us poured ours. Then every other wine that came for our group of 8 got poured. The wines were not terrible wines, and they were not spoiled (corked), they just did not taste very good. We visited 11 wineries on our trip to Walla Walla and this is the only place of the 11 where we poured out wine. We weren't upset by any of this, just very bummed as we'd been riding this high of the quality wines in WA.

We made an impromptu stop here because it’s the only winery in Walla Walla that has a full-service kitchen. Boy, were we delighted! We should have made a reservation, but they were kind enough to make it work so we could grab lunch. The food was incredible, the wine was perfect, but the best part about it was the service. B (Bethany), the tasting room assistant manager, treated us like royalty and took care of everything we could possibly need. She checked on us often enough, but not too often, accommodated our 3 year old and was super positive and thoughtful. The rest of the staff were very kind, as well. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience and we will absolutely be back to Waterbrook again and again. Can’t wait for the summer when their gorgeous patio (which overlooks an incredible sunset) is warm enough to utilize. We love Waterbrook!

Wine was good, the charcuterie boards were wonderful. Our server outside was fantastic. However, the long hair gal on Saturday, May 21 working the tasting room approximately 12:20 pm greeting people at the door was atrocious. We were a bridal party- on a chauffeured wine tour- and she snapped at us because we stated a last name for the reservation- and when we stated we were with a tour company, her response was “well that’s what you should have said.” When our chauffeur came out to tell us it was time to Leave for the next stop- we went inside to pay our bill- as our server was very busy taking care of multiple parties- the same gal flipped us attitude- and said “You all need to show patience, your server is busy.” Not sure what this gal’s role actually is- but she needs to be upgraded to “unemployed.”
