Just before the entrance to the Borges ranch parking lot if you cut left into the hills and swoop around a power line tower and make your way to the top you can see a horse ranch to your bottom left. This ranch will light up the satellites in the sky. I was fortunate to see the spaceX starlink but it may have also been the a-train. Eighter way it's really cool and so is all the wild stuff you hear at 4 a.m. I do recommend you bring a knife b/c I've seen wild bore, one mountain lion and the skull of a mountain lion with the front teeth looking about an inch long.

Read morehad tons of fun riding my MTB here, the flow trail is a lot of fun and the climb to it isn't that bad for how much fun and length you get from the flow trail. some of the other trails at the highest point in park are also a lot of fun, lots of good long flow. the quarry area has a lot of drops and other stuff that's a lot of fun. overall it makes a good ride and a good time. 10/10 would recommend. Once you top the ridge there are beautiful views to the west Walnut Creek with lots of rolling hills and lots of trees or looking east the terrain is hilly, dryer and trees. The area we visited is mostly all uphill until you reach the ridge. You should be aware that there are rattlesnakes that could be on the trail especially during the hotter weather. There are several routes to visit Lime Ridge. The easiest route and shortest is a parking lot off Ygnacio Valley road & Montecito Dr. which is open from...
