We showed up about 4pm yesterday. My husband and I drove 2 hours and my parent drove 2 hours to have a birthday dinner for my mom. When we got there, there was a table of 5 people outside, inside completely empty. We were greeted by a not so friendly lady who said “we’re setting up for tonight, so I guess we’ll put you over here.” Why be open for the public if you don’t have the capacity to serve them.

We ordered two bottles of wine, several appetizers, each of us ordered food and I ordered a flatbread for my baby.

We sat there for over 30 minutes and our waitress came over and said their kitchen printer wasn’t hooked up and they had just started our food. When our food finely came out, they didn’t have my one year old’s pizza. All of us finished our meal and still no pizza, I had to go ask for it and we were told “I didn’t know it didn’t come out”.no one ever came back to our table. I had to go ask for my check, almost $200. And they said my card declined twice, tried someone else’s card and theirs denied. Then we went to the front and I assume the owner started to apologize. I told her nothing she could do or say would make anything better we just wanted to pay and leave. They gave us 25% off, so my check was a little over $132. Which is sitting in pending TWICE on my bank account, hoping...

Despite having wonderful experiences at Verone before, my recent visit left me disheartened. My fiancee and I, both of legal age and carrying valid US IDs, were refused liquor service during our visit. We waited for 15 minutes without any explanation, only to be informed abruptly that they wouldn't serve us. We couldn't help but wonder if our Latino heritage played a role in this treatment. Despite traveling an hour and a half to revisit this place, the experience left me disinclined to return. While I've always enjoyed their wines and the charming ambiance, the attitude of the staff member who attended to us was discouragingly unfriendly and unaccommodating. This experience not only soured our visit but also left a negative impression on my family from Florida. I hope this issue is addressed promptly for the betterment of...

Everything about this beautiful winery is magical! If you haven’t visited, you’re in for a small piece of paradise. And let’s just talk about the food with the recent arrival of chef David, a Chicago based talent with a list of prestigious awards and impressive career that includes owning and operating his own acclaimed café in the Windy City. The Wagyu Burger will melt in your mouth. It’s one of my favorites. And don’t get me started on the crabcakes! Don’t forget to check out the newly opened Cask and Cactus bourbon and tequila bar upstairs. This intimate Hideaway screams craftsmanship and flavor, with a curated selection of premium bourbons and tequilas. The views from up there are stunning. Definitely should check that out before heading out for...

I stopped down for their first Wednesday country line dancing sessions and was impressed. Very friendly staff. They have a good selction of their own wines, guest wines, and a selection of Kentucky bourbon and beer. I had the country boy coffee stout which I enjoyed and a finger of Longrbranch limited edition bourbon which was quite tasty. The highlight of the faire was the bacon wrapped chicken tenders with garlic mashed red potatoes that were buttery delicious, and green beans with bacon. The chicken was simply amazing. It's a great cost atmosphere and definitely worth the trip for any of their weekly events and live music. They even have very friendly guard kitties.

Estate Bistro is simply exceptional. One of the best kept secrets in Northern Kentucky or for that matter the entire Tri-State and Golden Triangle regions. The atmosphere is warm and cozy with the perfect touch of a wine tasting venue. The food is exquisitely matched to the appointments. Service outpaces all its rivals. The touch of live music was not over the top but certainly paramount to the experience. Menu is broad and reasonable. Nice wine list and equal selection in beer. Desserts are phenomenal. Try the Bread Pudding. Definitely a repeat.Highly recommended.
