Product selection is great but over priced. Some things have a great price, like 25 lbs of organic onions for $26. But what am I gonna do w/ 25 lbs of onions? Yukon Gold potatoes at a great price, but what am I gonna do w/ 35 lbs of potatoes? Great place to take your kids and pick apples or run through the corn maze. The staff is great, very polite and accurate. The atmosphere is very family friendly. Dont buy the jerk chicken. It's incredibly dry. How do you make dark meat so dry its almost inedible? It's also almost devoid of flavor. It's like jerk chicken for white people, which is basically overly grilled chicken. The sign said served w/ rice and peas. Those aren't peas (kidney beans maybe?). For $25 I am definitely disappointed. So dry and no flavor.

I live in NY and went to Maine to celebrate my 5th year wedding anniversary as me and my husband was shopping we met a lady that told us about this place we went there and to be honest if I lived in Maine I would shop here very often . We never tasted Rhubarb but I has heard about it from watching a movie about a woman kidnapped by her neighbor and thats how the husband found her when she baked that for her kidnapper from then I looked all over NYC for it but without success so I brought the pie which is delicious and and the Rhubarb to try Making it I hope I can order it online from them . They have such wonderful products I even brought items as gifts . If I should be in Maine again I would definitely go back there plus nice friendly cashiers.

Beth’s always took the cake for me. As a long time customer, they were the Bees Knees. However, today I purchased a large flat of peaches. I inspected them a couple hours after I got them home and 75% of the box was rotten (not just a little rotten). A woman said the batch was from this morning….perhaps from a week ago in the morning. Beth’s has signs up saying not to touch other’s fruits, so I didn’t dare try to handle the fruit I was buying, to see if it was rotten or not. I understand mistakes happen, but for the price I paid for this box of peaches, I expected better. The crows will love them. 😃

I went today & took my two children to get pumpkins, as we were entering, there was a husband and wife w/their son coming out. Their little boy had a service dog with him. Apparently, whoever was inside turned them away because there aren't dogs aloud . I understand the no dog rule. But ,when you have a service dog that goes with you literally everywhere to help you with what you may need and are turned away.. I was in awe. My heart dropped to the floor and broke for that little boy, whom was standing outside crying probably wondering why there are such mean people in this world. After the Dad had gotten his son inside the vehicle to leave, he went inside the market to speak with someone. I really hope he gave this person an earful.....my experience was horrible. I went to finally pay for my 2 pumpkins and it came to $22.53. I told the lady that I would not be purchasing them and I would get them somewhere else. She was rude and almost, "pissed". It seemed, I didn't care. That's too expensive in my book. But for the little boy and his parents -you Did NOT miss a thing and I am so very sorry people can be so cruel and that your son had to go through that experience. My heart...

I love this place .Besides school house farm really there’s no other farm stands that are close and I have had good produce from .I guess my only thing here is they do a lot of activities hay rides …corn maze etc..and I’m all for supporting local so as I speak my mind on this next topic it’s coming from the heart not to be rude in anyway..So we buy there corn then they make a corn maze and charge 15.00 a person and we pay to keep the little ones happy then Halloween comes and we buy there corn STALKS TO DECORATE.. Three times a charm on the corn …I feel u go spend 20 or more u should get to go threw the corn maze .seriously they make money on the corn then the stalks I mean it’s a corn MAZE…15 person .. I just feel steep price and should be almost free or after u spend so much u...
