Cave hollow park is nice with one exception. The parking situation for sporting events on the fields (for mostly kids games) is terrible. There is not nearly enough good parking for parents coming and going from one game to the next, mostly because of the overlap when you show up early for a later game. The only actual parking lot is pretty far away from the 2 fields and up by the pavilion, play ground, and trails, or the lot for the dog park. Next to the fields it's just parking spots along the road that fronts against the fields. The actual pull in spots get almost blocked by people just parking on the other side of the road where there shouldn't be any parking. It's a joke to get in and out between games, especially if you have a larger vehicle. They really need to add a few new rows of parking spots where the green space is across the road from the fields. Unfortunately that seems like the only way to expand parking without completely changing the layout...

I've been Searching all over for a decent place for my Service 🐕‍🦺 Dog to play and enjoy being the Wonderful 👍 Creature He Is; no ne within 43 Miles of Clinton Mo, even though there's a polethera of Land suitable for such use. Today 1/13/25 4°f the surface was as Iron, Unforgiving! This very large park, with different area's for different types of play, for Canine's and People's to enjoy including Off Leash Hiking Trail's. Thank you so much, Willie had a Wonderful Time Playing with several other Dog's and their stuwards, City Council of Warrensburg ! Now each time I return I'll be being watched to return and enjoy more of your Wonderful Retreat & Canine Play, Off...

I really like this park however I do wish they had restrooms available maybe even water fountains or something the trail opening isn't really marked anywhere as far as I saw but the entrance is at the far end of the parking lot next to the kids playground. It is quite pretty with the different cave type structures and streams and who could forget the faces carved out of stone. Lots of families seem to walk out there and I took my dog with me - she loved it! There are lots of unmarked trails that split off from the paved walkway up and around through the woods. I would definitely recommend it just be sure to bring water with you and go to the...

Very shady walk and fun to watch our 8 yr old grandson explore the rocks. There were lots of carvings in the rocks some so old the moss has covered them. Sadly it looked as if people had decided to spray paint all over a bunch of the rocks and trees. It’s not a very long walk at all, maybe 20 mins if don’t walk down any of the paths. We chose to follow a couple of them so we spent about an hour exploring and looking for different mushrooms and critters. Make sure you have lots of mosquito spray and water if it’s hot!
