Went for the pickle fest, was super excited for that. turns out you need to pay $15 to be allowed to try what should be free samples. if you don't want to do free samples for your product that's fine, just don't do them. But charging $15 entry is completely unreasonable given the small selection of options you aren't getting your value out of that $15, not by a long shot. maybe if the price of admission also included a voucher for $10 or something it would have been well worth it but as it stands you pay $15 to try a few pickles and wait in poorly managed lines in the sun.

on the other hand they gotta be making money hand over fist on this scheme, at $15 a head they are also likely getting some payment or kickback from the vendors who show up, meaning this event is likely enough to put all 4 of my kids through college, so good for you on that part, good to see a local farm making money. shame it has to be in kind of a scummy way.

this is the only event i've seen from them where it's like this. branstool has such a reputation for being normal, and reasonable so this feels so out of character. i think in the future i'll be stopping by legend hills and sugar and spice first. i'll still come to branstool but as a last resort because this feels so out of character it makes me wonder what else they are doing that i...

TERRIBLE AND TRAUMATIC VISIT TO GO WITH YOUR FAMILY. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND

We traveled 1 hour to the place to buy products and take photos, but we were treated extremely poorly today at the establishment by the owner. Despite asking the store in advance to take some photos at the plantation and being authorized, we were approached by the owner minutes later twice in an extremely rude and impolite manner. He treated us like thieves. He ordered to open our bags and saw that there was nothing there but our own belongings. Despite this and explaining that we would not be on the plantation without authorization, it still didn't help. We were disrespected. We have visited the property several times over several years with family and friends and purchased products. When we went in the store to buy some products, the guy gave us evil looks and watched us the entire time. I feel bad that we actually continued with our shopping and appropriatly paid for our goods. We should not have supported this establishment but had alreay driven an hour to visit and buy some produce. BUT IT IS NOT WORTH IT. WE WILL NOT COME BACK. WE RECOMMEND GOING TO ANOTHER LOCATION. VERY THREATENING AND...

Worst organized place. We just drove up all the way from Columbus and it's only 11 and they ran out of u-pick boxes. Bad, very bad for you. Who said they are friendly. No such thing and no understanding. Will not come back again!

That's not true. While we were coming back to the market after our child played in your playground we saw a huge truck loaded with lots of boxes with peaches and apples returning from orchards. Don't lie! You better tell people that U-pick will be finished by 10:40 because you are going to collect most of the fruits yourselves for the market sales. You have zero customer care, very low quality service. You lost us for good and many with us. I am sure though you don't give a ... thinking that people will keep coming anyway because of limited things to do these days due to the Covid-19. We could just buy fruits from Kroger and go to park instead of making a trip all the way from Columbus and finding no service at all thanks to your absent customer care and false...

Totally amazing experience! My son and I came upon a man driving a small utility vehicle while we were wandering in the orchard looking for ripe peaches to pick He greeted us, so I asked him if we were going in the right direction. He offered to drive us to the section with ripe peaches. After a few minutes of picking peaches he returns to us and offers to drive us up to another section with even more ripe peaches. It was an exceptionally welcoming experience! Later on, while purchasing some peach wood for my smoker, the cashier went above and beyond in ensuring that we received the credit we earned from their loyalty program. On a side note, we saw a picture inside the farmers market of the man that drove us around the orchard. Apparently he was the owner. We will definitely be returning!!!
