Where do I even start? I have only had the pleasure of meeting Sarah in person but she is the kindest most knowledgable farmer I have met. She is patient and willing to answer any and all of my questions and was happy to go more into depth on her farming practices and exactly how they feed and take care of their livestock. And the products?! Oh my goodness. I have never had better beef, chicken or milk. We have only tried those products but I have zero doubt that any pork, lamb, eggs..or any of their products are out of this world. The beef is BEAUTIFUL. Dark red meat and melts in your mouth. My husband and I bought a quarter cow from them and we are set for a year! We have found we save money buying from them, we eat better and we FEEL better. I have struggled with chronic health issues my entire life and just by switching my animal products to Flourish & Roam I am seeing incredible changes in my health that I have strived for for so long. Flourish and Roam provides outstanding products. Buying from Sarah, in my personal opinion, is the closest that you'll get to having a family member you can call up for fresh, farm-raised meat. Their ancestral beef is excellent, and their steaks are great and well worth the price for their size (which is larger than anything that you'll find in your everyday sipermarket).
