Oswego Lake is a place I've been coming to for more than 20 years since a friend taught me how to find it by looking for an old half keg of beer at the corner which is now long gone! Right near mile marker 32, you will turn off and drive down the road until you cross over an old one lane wooden bridge. Now you just have to find a parking space in the lot just after the bridge or anywhere along the road you can find. This is dog friendly but always keep your pet on a leash. There is a single eco-friendly outhouse, which really is not bad considering you are out in the woods buy the Cranberry Bogs. Make sure you don't wear a a bathing suit you want to keep nice because the Cedar water can and sometimes does stain your clothes. Oh, don't forget the suntan lotion and bug spray because the Flies can be brutal if there is no...

This was once a quiet and pristine place to go that offered a bit of peace and tranquility. Letting the word out seems to contain the irrevocable effects of trash. Very...
