We celebrated our wedding here in August 2025, and while Willowbrook is beautiful in every season, it's absolutely unparalleled in the summer. We chose the field vista for our ceremony, but honestly, you can't go wrong with any of their on-site locations – all are simply gorgeous.

The Wimer family and the entire Willowbrook team are incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly. We had an extremely positive experience working with them, from our initial venue tour all the way through to the wedding day itself. They are responsive, collaborative, and organized. We truly appreciate all the guidance and support they provided throughout the planning process. Another reviewer mentioned that you can tell how much love and work the team has invested in the venue, and I totally agree.

The in-house catering is phenomenal and thoughtfully prepared. A huge shout-out to the chefs! The food is delicious, which was a top priority for us, and we loved that they use local and seasonal ingredients in their dishes. They offer a wide variety of options, so there is something to please every palate! (Personal favorite: the brown butter mashed potatoes – so good and even better as leftovers.)

Our families stayed on-site at the Farmhouse and Cottage Suite. The accommodations are comfortable and beautifully decorated. We highly recommend these, especially if you have out-of-town guests! It's a wonderful little countryside escape.

Overall, our guests raved about the venue, the food, and the entire experience. And of course we were very happy as well.

My daughter’s wedding was July 3, 2024. The one star rating is based on a few issues during the course of the event. First off let me start with the venue is beautiful and the food was very good….for the guests that were actually served dinner. We had a sit down family style dinner but unfortunately there was a large table that was not served their food….even after I mentioned that they had not been served. My acknowledgment of this was not addressed. Our guests were still eating as the servers were removing the food from the table. (Very disrespectful) the table that was not served was actually served dessert before they finally brought dinner to them. And again, their food was taken away before they were done. During the reception the DJ lost power for 35 min while the woman who was supposed to be in charge was not on the premises. After that fiasco, the music was playing and people were enjoying themselves and the bartenders decided it was time for last call. 45 min before the reception was over. Last call lasted for 10 min and the bartenders closed and left. The one bartender complained to guests the whole time about how loud the DJ was,..again very inappropriate, as this is his job! Once the night was over. The leftover food was placed behind the bar without any of our knowledge it was there. I can’t even express how disappointed we were when we literally spent thousands of dollars to ensure a wonderful and stress free night. This isn’t rocket science. It’s your job. The food was very good and the service was absolutely horrible. It’s taken some time to write this review and yes the owners where aware the next day of what happened.
